Hong Kong dollar

The Hong Kong dollar (ISO 4217 code: HKD) is the paper money of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. In English, it is more often than not reduced with the dollar sign $, or instead HK$ to distinguish it from another dollar-denominated money. The dollar is subdivided into 100 or 1000 mils.
